ATDSCN entry/Contract Start date

0

I set up their calendar as 8/21/13 and 10/18/13 (NEOEA day) as paid in-service days (working days).

Their actual service days were 8/13 & 8/21.

An employee missed both days, thus, I docked for 8/21/13 and need to charge the other day as personal.....do I need to enter that personal day as 8/13 or 10/18?

On her job screen I have calendar start date as 12/12/2004. Bus driver calendars do not show 8/13 as a work day.

I'm guessing it does not make a difference as a personal day is a personal day and I should be able to charge either date,

unless the contract start date makes a difference. Any suggestions?"

As long as you are not using deferred posting for attendance and if you are using Pay Date Method A-Alternate pay date tracking method (less important period dates} you should be able to add her date of absence 8/13/2013
without any problem as the contract start date should not effect this entry from posting to BENSCN.
