Have a district running the CHKLEV report for each pay. They have two employees with their last pays respectively being on 6/7/2011 & 2/24/2012. They have absences that were posted on their last pays. For some reason they keep appearing on the CHKLEV report, although the absences have been posted on their attendance screens. How do we stop them from appearing on the CHKLEV report?
To remove these, you can use DTr:
I used the following in DTR to make the requested changes:
DTR>Set dictionary CDD_USPS42
DTR>Ready BENEFIT_BAL as a shared write
DTR>find a with empid=xxxxxxxxx
DTR>for current list sick_adjustment
DTR>for current modify using sick_adjustment="0.00"
