USPS - The sorting on CHKSTRS report

0

I've copied a CHKSTR.TXT report for one of our districts.  You'll notice that if an employee is in all UPPER case it doesn't sort in alpha order along with all the other names.   This is confusing and causes searches.   If someone could please fix the report to sort just in alpha order no matter what the case would be - that would fix a lot of frustration.   If this isn't possible then we might need to lock down districts from being able to use both options and have a mass change of some type to achive files to be consistant.

Thanks!

Michelle,

I can see what you are saying. It appears to be putting the names that are in all CAPS  before the remaining names in the list for that letter in the alphabet. I will add this as an enhancement request.

For a work around,  what the district can try to do is change the names in CAPS on the BIOSCN to lower case and then re-run CHKSTRS. I am thinking it will then pull them in the correct order.
