Medicare - using deductions by job not calculated correctly

0

I have a district paying off a treasurer who is now doing 2 jobs.  They are refunding an annuitized Aflac Deduction.  The Medicare is set with deduction by job - one job has board paid medicare the other job is not.  She is refunding an Aflac/Annuitized amount of 23.16 and it is being added to the medicare calculation on both jobs, inflating the medicare amount being charged.

She is getting her tape to the bank today.

Any suggestions on how to handle this?

Thank you,

This is a known problem. There is currently a JIRA isue USPSV-1489 that addresses this problem. I have added this service request to this issue.

The district will have to error adjust the employee and board share and taxable wages to get the right tax and the right taxable wages reported.

Thanks,
