Why is the Add CJ option not appearing in the web for some employees?


Ok...not sure if important for this ticket but we did install the release.   We are having issues with certain employee names being able to add a CJ record.   The display/option isn't there to add a cj record.  

But if we look at other employees - they can be added.   Did something change where the display doesn't appear?

It appears that USPSWEB is requiring the Pay Unit be populated and this is what is causing the problem. This particular job appear to be building in itself on the screen.

A JIRA issue is being created as the web should be working just as the green screens and the green screen does not require the Pay Unit be populated.

For now to fix this what you are going to need to do is load the Pay Unit field for jobs without this field populated. Once you do this the JOBSCN currently missing the Pay Unit screen will appear correctly and you will  also be able to see the CJ record add option.
