EIS Grand Total lines on reports

Good Morning, I just completed the initial EIS load for Cincinnati Public Schools. The issue is that their Items total is $1,234,625,494.00 so the total is not able to print on the reports. It looks like they system is set up for $999,999,999.00. Is there a way to increase the total amount otherwise they will not be able to use the EIS reports for total balancing. Also not sure what will happen when FY14 is closed and the totals are report that large. Please let me know. Thanks Terri

Terri, It appears to depend on the individual report. For many of them the grand total appears to be able to handle the amount you stated, but detail lines would not handle it. I did see a few that looked like the grand total might be limited as you stated. Could you let us know which reports they are seeing the limitation on, and is it just the grand total that would contain the amount > $999,999,999.99, or would they have detail lines greater than this as well? If you can let us know which reports they are most concerned with we can start looking specifically at those and see if there is enough room on those reports to enlarge the totals. Thanks, Melissa
